I am a certified clinical Hypnotherapist, and have been using hypnosis for several years now in different areas of my life.

During the session I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation with my calming voice, visualisations, and breathing techniques. When you’re in this state, your brain waves slow right down into Theta. Here, you have an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestions.
